Dustin is the founder of Godden Performance Training, where he serves as the head coach and nutrition specialist. With a passion for fitness and dedication to helping others achieve their goals, Dustin has been helping others achieve their goals for over a decade.

His expertise in stength and conditioning, corrective exercise therapy and nutrition has helped countless individuals reach their physical potential. One of Dustin’s proudest accomplishments is being able to foster such a welcoming, supportive and inclusive community that has made G.P.T a home away from home for many.

Mandy Birch

Mandy's Love for fitness started over a decade ago, and after experiencing the values of being a personal training client for 2 years. Mandy truly understand the importance of having guidance and support from a coach when working towards any personal goal!

You’ll often catch her lifting weights at G.P.T, enjoying a hot cup of carefully crafted coffee, or letting off some steam at one of our “HIT Therapy” classes. Mandy is always eager to take on new clients and help them reach their fitness goals! With a passion for all things health and wellness, Mandy is dedicated to guiding clients towards a healthier lifestyle through customized workout plans and tailored nutrition advice.
