We like to use the Yearly – Quarterly – Monthly – Weekly – Daily goals set up with clients.

3. Schedule What’s Necessary for Your Goals: Treat your workouts/ meal prep/ daily walks etc. like important appointments. Block out specific times in your calendar and stick to them. The minute you cancel on yourself is the minute you begin building a negative habit.

4. Find an Accountability Buddy: Partner with a friend, a spouse or join a fitness community. Having someone to share the journey with can boost motivation and accountability. Did you know people that find/join a community are 10x more likely to achieve their fitness and health goals as opposed to those on their doing it on their own?

5. Use Visual Reminders: Place reminders where you’ll see them. Use sticky notes, set your phone background, set phone alarms, or create a vision board to keep your goals top of mind and remind you of your WHY.

6. Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Reward yourself for sticking to your plan, which can boost motivation and build positive habits. Everything you do that contribute to your success, mood or productivity is always a win. We’re always so quick to point out our downfalls and short comings but rarely do we celebrate the stuff we do well… So start celebrating your success you amazing beautiful winner you!

7. Leverage Technology: Use fitness apps and tools to track your progress and stay organized.Technology is crazy no a days, If you need it i guarantee theres an app for that.
